Sergeev and Lubkovich Set For Key Bouts
At WINLINE IBA.PRO 20 In Naberezhnye Chelny!
(July 29th) The fight card for IBA.PRO 20 continues to take shape as two of Russia’s rising professional stars, Sergey Sergeev and Sergey Lubkovich, prepare to step into the ring on August 14 in Naberezhnye Chelny.
One of the main attractions of the evening will see 2023 Russian champion, 2024 BRICS Games gold medallist and 2026 Russian Cup winner Sergey Sergeev (2-0, 2 KOs) take on Tajikistan’s Nekruz Salimov (1-0, 1 KO) in a six-round contest for the Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Cup.
The bout marks a homecoming for the 25-year-old Sergeev, who was born in Naberezhnye Chelny. After his last official professional appearance in August 2025, Sergeev represented Team Kama at the 2026 Victory Cup before returning to the professional ranks in front of his home crowd.
Salimov brings significant international credentials into the contest. The Tajik boxer claimed silver at the 2022 Asian U22 Championships and represented his country at the 2023 and 2025 IBA Men’s World Boxing Championships. At the most recent World Championships in Dubai, he reached the quarter-finals before losing to two-time Olympic champion Arlen Lopez. Salimov has also recorded two victories under the IBA.PRO banner.
Another major matchup will feature undefeated Russian contender Sergey Lubkovich (20-0-2, 12 KOs), who faces Uzbekistan’s unbeaten Khavasbek Asadulaev (8-0, 5 KOs) in a ten-round ranking contest.
Lubkovich returns following a draw against Michael King of DR Congo in an IBF Asia title contest earlier this year. Asadulaev has already established himself as one of the standout performers in IBA.PRO, earning victories over Alan Khugaev and current IBO champion Vadim Musaev.
The event will also feature the professional debut of 2026 Russian Cup winner and 2025 Russian Championship finalist Rasul Magomedov, who takes on Cuba’s Victor Perez in a six-round welterweight contest.
Another IBF European belt will be on the line when unbeaten Russian Chingiz Natyrov (10-0, 5 KOs) meets 2019 world champion Mirazizbek Mirzakhalilov (5-0, 4 KOs) of Uzbekistan in the super bantamweight division.
The card also includes two IBF Youth championship bouts, with Ruslan Selimyan (14-0, 8 KOs) facing Uganda’s Bob Turyatemba (14-0, 7 KOs), while Mikhail Grigoryan (9-0, 2 KOs) takes on Uganda’s Henry Otemba (9-1, 5 KOs).
The main event features two undefeated former international amateur stars as Dzhambulat "Dzhambo" Bizhamov meets Vladimir Mironchikov in a scheduled 10-round bout for the vacant IBF European Super Middleweight Championship. The contest pits two accomplished boxers with contrasting styles, both seeking to capture the first significant professional title of their careers.
Bizhamov, enters the bout following one of the most successful amateur careers of his generation. The 25-year-old Dagestan native captured gold at the 2025 IBA Men's World Boxing Championships in Dubai after defeating Uzbekistan's Javokhir Ummataliev in the light heavyweight (80 kg) final. Earlier in his amateur career, Bizhamov claimed silver at the 2021 AIBA World Championships and continued to establish himself among the world's elite with medal-winning performances on the international stage.
Since turning professional under RCC Boxing Promotions, Bizhamov has compiled a perfect 3-0 record, relying on the same qualities that made him an amateur world champion. Known for exceptional footwork, disciplined defense, accurate punching and outstanding ring intelligence, the Russian technician consistently controls range, dictates tempo and frustrates opponents with his tactical precision. His most recent professional victory came via unanimous decision over Ulugbek Sobirov, positioning him for his first professional championship opportunity.
Opposing Bizhamov is fellow unbeaten contender Vladimir Mironchikov, 8-0, 6Ko's, an accomplished former international amateur standout whose aggressive, power-oriented style offers a compelling contrast to Bizhamov's technical precision. The 27-year-old, originally from Serpukhov, Russia, earned a bronze medal at the 2021 AIBA World Championships and captured gold at the 2022 Mediterranean Games before transitioning to the professional ranks. Now based in Belgrade, Mironchikov has rapidly established himself as one of the division's most dangerous punchers, stopping six of his eight professional opponents while building an undefeated record through relentless pressure, physical strength, and explosive combinations.
Mironchikov combines physical strength, relentless pressure and effective inside fighting with heavy-handed combinations that have produced a 75 percent knockout ratio. His latest victory, a unanimous decision over Ulugbek Sobirov at IBA PRO 15 in St. Petersburg, extended his unbeaten record and secured the biggest opportunity of his professional career.
The championship clash presents a classic matchup between elite boxing IQ and calculated technical precision against relentless offensive pressure and knockout power. With both fighters unbeaten and carrying world-class amateur pedigrees into the professional ranks, the vacant IBF European Super Middleweight Championship adds even greater significance to what promises to be a high-level tactical battle.
