Hitz Boxing Brings “Rock the Ring:
Halloween Havoc” To Hard Rock Live Rockford
On Halloween Night!
(September 6th) Hitz Boxing Entertainment will bring professional boxing back to Rockford on Saturday, October 31, 2026, with a special Halloween edition of its Rock the Ring professional boxing series, Hitz Boxing: Rock the Ring – Halloween Havoc, at Hard Rock Live Rockford.
Scheduled for Halloween night, the 21-and-over event will combine professional boxing with the high-energy atmosphere of one of the year's biggest nights for entertainment. Doors are scheduled to open at 5:00 p.m., giving fight fans the opportunity to enjoy an evening of live boxing and Halloween festivities at Hard Rock Live Rockford.
The card is beginning to take shape, with three professional bouts currently listing unbeaten Chicago, fighters for the October 31 event. Leading the scheduled lineup is unbeaten heavyweight, Deontae “Tank” Pettigrew, 18-0, 11Ko’s who will face an opponent to be announced.
Also scheduled is super lightweight, Lukas Moldenhauer bringing a perfect 12-0, 8Ko’s record against an opponent to be announced.
Rounding out the currently scheduled bouts is an unbeaten welterweight Everett Olivares, 9-0, 5Ko’s who is also awaiting an opponent.
With all three Chicago, Illinois fighters unbeaten, the currently announced portion of the card features a combined professional record of 39-0, providing an intriguing foundation for Hitz Boxing's Halloween night return to Rockford. Additional fighters and Pettigrew, Moldenhauer and Olivares matchups are expected to be announced soon.
The October 31 event continues Hitz Boxing's Rock the Ring series, bringing professional boxing to an entertainment setting designed to put fans close to the action. The Halloween edition is expected to add a festive atmosphere to the traditional fight-night experience, with boxing taking center stage at Hard Rock Live Rockford.

In 1991, Bobby Hitz single-handedly revived boxing in his beloved city by hosting its first world championship fight in 25 years and by staging a badly needed bi-monthly boxing series at the Ramada Hotel in Rosemont, Illinois, for 12 years called “The Ramada Rumble”.
