Amanda “Real Deal” Serrano To Defend Titles Against Cheyenne Hanson At MVPW-03!
(April 7th) Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) has officially unveiled the full card for MVPW-03, a landmark 12-fight event scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the El Paso County Coliseum. Broadcast live on ESPN with prelims streaming on ESPN+ and the MVPW App, the card features a blockbuster double main event and a quadruple world championship lineup, signaling a new era of high-profile, linear television exposure for the women’s game.
The primary main event features an emotionally charged rematch between undefeated WBA lightweight champion Stephanie Han (12-0, 3 KOs) and boxing and UFC legend Holly Holm (34-3-3, 9 KOs). Their first meeting on January 3 in San Juan ended controversially via a seventh-round technical decision in Han’s favor after an accidental clash of heads opened a severe cut over the champion’s eye; Han was ahead 69-65, 69-64, and 68-65 on the scorecards at the stoppage. While Han dominated the punch stats (89 landed to Holm’s ~20), Holm camped on the belief she was finding her rhythm and deserved a full 10 rounds to prove she could overcome the 28-year-old Texan. “I’m excited for the rematch… This time, I want a full 10 rounds to prove I can still beat the best,” Holm stated, while Han welcomed the chance to erase any doubt in her hometown.
In the co-main event, unified featherweight champion Amanda Serrano (48-4-1, 31 KOs) returns to her natural 126-pound division to defend her WBA and WBO world titles against Germany’s dangerous knockout artist Cheyenne Hanson (17-2, 13 KOs). The bout is scheduled for 10 rounds of three-minute championship boxing. Serrano, coming off a unanimous decision victory over Reina Tellez in January, is hunting history; a knockout would tie her with Christy Martin for the all-time women’s boxing record of 32 KOs. Hanson, signed by MVP in April 2026, enters on a nine-fight win streak, all by stoppage, and vows to pull off the upset while retaining her WBF featherweight belt. “I respect every opponent, and I know Hanson is coming to win, and she has KO power,” Serrano said, emphasizing discipline and execution. Hanson countered with defiance: “I won’t give away my belt… I’m here to shock the world.”
Beneath the double header, two more world title bouts create a rare quadruple-championship card:
All women’s world title fights will be contested over 10 rounds of 3-minute rounds, matching men’s championship standards and reinforcing MVP’s commitment to equity in the sport. The main card airs linear on ESPN, ensuring maximum visibility, while the extensive prelims stream on ESPN+ and the dedicated MVPW App.
Tickets go on sale April 8, 2026, via Ticketmaster and MVP’s official website.
This 12-fight card represents MVP’s most ambitious women’s boxing production to date, blending established champions, rising contenders, and high-profile male prospects on the undercard. With four world titles on the line in the main block alone and a total of six belts actively defended or unified, MVPW-03 is poised to set a new benchmark for all-female boxing cards on linear television.
Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) was founded in August 2021 by Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian with a fighter first ethos. Since inception, MVP has produced 30 live boxing events, currently promoting nearly 60 fighters, 16 world champions, and 26 top contenders.
MVP has led boxing’s evolution in the streaming era through partnerships with the world’s leading platforms. In November 2024, MVP’s Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson and Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano 2 was the first-ever live professional sports event streamed on Netflix. Paul vs. Tyson shattered records, becoming the most-streamed sporting event of all time with 125 million live viewers worldwide. MVP went on to partner with Netflix twice in 2025 for MVP’s Taylor vs. Serrano 3 and Jake vs. Joshua: Judgment Day.
Today, MVP is the global home of women’s boxing. MVP’s Katie Taylor vs. Amanda Serrano in 2022 was the first female fight to headline Madison Square Garden, while Taylor vs. Serrano 2 in 2024 saw 74 million viewers globally on Netflix and became the most-watched professional women’s sports event in US history with 47 million AMA in the US. Their 2025 trilogy on Netflix topped an all-women’s megacard that set the official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the most world championship belts ever contested on a single fight card, male or female, with 17 world titles, earning nearly 6 million viewers globally.
