Step into the heart of San Francisco boxing culture for a night of high-energy, hard-hitting action inside one of the Mission District’s most iconic venues, Roccapulco.

Tonight's Fight Night at Roccapulco brings together elite amateur boxers from across California and beyond in a fully USA Boxing sanctioned event. This is real competition, athletes trained to win, competing under official rules, with licensed officials, medical staff, and championship-level standards.

Expect a fast-paced evening of thrilling matchups, electric atmosphere, and the raw excitement that only live boxing delivers.

415 Boxing & Frisco Boxing are the only amateur boxing show to ever win “Best Event of the Year” from Comcast Sports — an honor that beat out professional boxing events across California.

That recognition was earned by creating fight nights that deliver unmatched atmosphere, storytelling, and fan experience. Every 415 Boxing & Frisco Boxing event stands apart from both amateur and professional shows.

San Francisco’s premier boxing promoter Coach Art, alongside a major force in Northern California amateur boxing, Coach Robert Fernandez of 415 Boxing, are bringing it back. On Friday, February 27, 2026, 415 Boxing and Frisco Boxing present “Fight Night at Roccapulco”, a USA Boxing sanctioned amateur boxing event in the heart of the Mission District. This event represents the continuation of more than two decades of active involvement in San Francisco’s boxing community, not a new venture, but a proven tradition.

Coach Art has contributed to the promotion and grassroots marketing of major nationally televised boxing events, that include, Peter Howes Promotions at Pier 32 broadcast on FOX, Boxing at USF televised on ESPN2, and HBO Boxing at the San Francisco Civic Center headlined by Floyd Mayweather, with Manny Pacquiao featured on the undercard to name a few. Street promotional efforts for Goossen Tutor Promotions during the Showtime Boxing Super Six World Boxing Classic, the historic tournament in which Andre Ward captured his first world championship title. These landmark events helped position San Francisco as a respected presence in the national and international boxing landscape.

In addition, Frisco Boxing’s Fight Night series at Roccapulco has been running since 2003, consistently showcasing amateur talent, drawing local crowds, and providing structured opportunities for developing fighters across the Bay Area. Together, Coach Art and Coach Robert Fernandez bring decades of combined experience in amateur boxing development, event promotion, youth mentorship, and community leadership.

The evening will feature competitive USA Boxing sanctioned amateur bouts showcasing rising Northern California talent. Live musical entertainment will include BLISS (The Bay Wolf) and special guest DJ J Pro, blending sport, culture, and authentic San Francisco energy. Tickets are available now at Eventbrite.com Search: “Fight Night at Roccapulco” / San Francisco, CA.

The event proudly pays tribute to the Northern California Veteran Boxers Association and the individuals who dedicated much of their lives to strengthening the Bay Area boxing community, including: Al Citrino – Vic Grupico – Johnny “Carnation” Vidal – Sonny Marson – Joe Burke – Don Stewart – Jerry Maxwell – Jimmy Ford – Robert Fernandez – Frank Maldonado – Eddie Croft
