(January 21st) WBC and IBF Welterweight Champion, Natasha Jonas and WBA/IBO and The Ring Welterweight titlist, Lauren Price are set to face off in a welterweight unification bout on March 7th, 2025, at London's iconic Royal Albert Hall.
Liverpool, UK’s, 40-year-old, 2012 Olympian, Jonas, 16-2-1, 9Ko’s became a two-weight world champion on July 1, 2023, stopping Kandi Wyatt to claim the IBF welterweight title unified the WBC and IBF titles with a unanimous decision win over Ivana Habazin on December 14th, 2024.
Ystrad Mynach, Wales, 30-year-old, 2021 Olympic Gold Medalist, Price, 8-0, 2Ko’s becoming Wales' first female professional boxing world champion claimed the WBA, IBO and The Ring titles defeating Jessica McCaskill on May 11, 2024, successfully defended her titles with a stoppage win over Bexcy Mateus on December 14, 2024.
This highly anticipated battle of southpaw champions, will headline an all-women's world championship event, titled "Unstoppable," serving as a prelude to International Women's Day 2025.
