CES Boxing Announces Stacked

'Winter Brawl 2025'

February 22nd At Foxwoods!

(January 21st) CES Boxing makes its highly anticipated return to the Premier Theater at Foxwoods Resort Casino on Saturday, February 22 with ‘Winter Brawl 2025,’ a stacked fight card including 2 title bouts and several scintillating matchups featuring many of the best boxers in New England and beyond.

Tickets for CES Boxing’s ‘Winter Brawl 2025’ are on sale now, priced beginning at $82.  Purchase yours now at CES Fights or TicketMaster as this show is sure to sellout.  Doors open at 5pm, with the first bout scheduled for 6pm.

Headlining the card is New London, CT’s Alejandro "El Abusador" Paulino (19-0, 14 KOs), who will be making the third defense of his WBC US Silver Lightweight title against Pennsylvania’s James Bernadin (13-2-1, 6 KOs) in a 10-round contest.

Paulino had an impressive 2024, winning all 4 of his fights against progressively tougher opposition while picking up the WBC title in the process.  In Bernadin, Paulino faces a slick boxer on a 3-fight win streak who is eager to earn his first professional title.

The co-feature is a Massachusetts war between WBC US Silver Middleweight Champion Francis "Frank the Tank" Hogan (18-0, 16 KOs) of Weymouth, MA, and Worcester's battle-tested Khiary "King TooSharp" Gray (19-7, 14 KOs) in a 10-round slugfest.

The 26-year-old Hogan, who dispatched former world title challenger Elvin Ayala in 2 rounds last October, is a colorful personality looking to also dazzle in the ring.  He’ll have his hands full against Gray, a 26-fight veteran who is coming off a 6th round knockout of Daniel Sostre in November.

In addition to these championship bouts are 4 electrifying matchups featuring some of CES Boxing’s top talent.

Unbeaten Kazakh prospect Nikolay Shvab (12-0, 7 KOs) takes on Providence veteran Toka Kahn (29-4, 19 KOs) in an 8-round super featherweight bout, while Providence, RI native Victor Reynoso (9-0, 6 KOs) looks to keep his perfect record intact against Springfield, MA's Jalen Renaud (10-1, 3 KOs) in a 6-round welterweight contest. Springfield's Anthony "ATV" Velasquez (15-0-1, 13 KOs) collides with Argentine veteran Brian Chaves (14-6, 5 KOs) in an 8-round super welterweight scrap, and blue-chip featherweight prospect Iman Lee (11-0, 7 KOs), of Yonkers, NY, returns in an 8-round featherweight battle.

Rounding out the card are several undefeated prospects including Stamford, CT Light Heavyweight puncher Slawomir Bohdziewicz (5-0, 4 KOs), popular Marshfield, MA welterweight Joe Bush (5-0, 4 KOs), unbeaten Stamford, CT middleweight Douglas Marroquin (4-0, 4 KOs), East Providence super lightweight Elijah Peixoto (4-0, 2 KOs), Norton, MA featherweight Melanie Costa (3-0, 1 KO), Providence, RI super welterweight Lamont Powell (6-0, 2 KOs) and Dorchester, MA lightweight Tevin Regis (5-0, 4 KOs).
