Eat a small  high carb meal prior to training and always get the proper sleep the night before. Have your coach set up a training routine and help you set some goals. Sharpening your skills and techniques should be done daily.

After about three to six weeks or when adequate skills are gained and only after your coach clears you, you may begin sparring.
